NVCC has great technology, resources, and course selection, at least 5 campuses around the northern Virginia area, each with a slightly different culture/atmosphere to it.

Hii Itisha, answer to your question is yes. Your campus life will be far better at the Northern Virginia Community College than staying off campus as while you stay in campus you will meet a lot of people increasing your social network and you can take part in various clubs and activities happening
