To meet the minimum eligibility standards for graduate study at San Francisco State, a student must hold a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution, or have completed equivalent academic preparation as determined by the appropriate campus authority, be in good academic standing at the last college or university attended, have a 3.0 GPA or better in their earned UG degree or the last 60 semester 90 quarter units completed, or have earned a post baccalaureate degree, and meet the professional, personal, scholastic, and other standards for graduate study, including qualifying examinations, as appropriate campus authorities may prescribe. In unusual circumstances, a campus may make exceptions to these criteria. Students must have any one of the following requirements: four year UG degree, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy, and Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Dental Surgery, and Bachelor of Architecture, Post Graduate Diploma or Masters Degree. Hold a three year UG degree and a Post Graduate Diploma or Masters Degree are eligible for graduate admission
