Tips: Please make a decision after you've done research, spoken to seniors and most importantly, taken into consideration everything going on in terms of international student regulations. Interesting place to learn and grow.
Tips: Everything here is deeply technical and detailed, and even if you don't get an opportunity to work in the USA, you can find something decent and take back a lot of exposure with you. But come prepared, and if you have a scholarship or some form of financial aid, it makes sense to come here. It's just not worth it if you are forced to make a big sacrifice.
