Portfolio-Creative Business Leadership

They should answer the following questions, in no more than two pages: What is the business model innovation? What spurred adoption of the innovative business model? How was it implemented? What were the results? What could be done differently to improve upon those result?

- Two letters of recommendation should be provided by professors, advisers, supervisors, or community leaders who have had immediate contact with the applicant, and who have knowledge of the applicant's level of commitment and history of achievement.
