Students will be assessed a $25 non-refundable fee. For the second bill of the fall and spring semester, students will be billed for the remaining account balance
- Installment Payment Plan: The plan allows Temple students to make up to ten regularly scheduled monthly payments starting in May towards their future charges (five payments for fall and five payments for spring). Students can finance all or a portion of their charges (minimum of $1,000) by paying a $50 application fee
