- California nonresident applicants must earn a minimum 3.4 GPA in all A-G or college-preparatory courses to meet requirements for admission.
- Prerequisites:
- 2 years of history (in place of U.S. History, history of your country)
- 4 years of composition and literature in the language in which you are instructed
- 3 years (four years recommended) of college-preparatory mathematics that includes the topics covered in elementary and advanced algebra and two- and three-dimensional geometry.* (Approved integrated math courses may be used to fulfill part or all of this requirement)
- 2 years of college-preparatory science, including or integrating topics that provide fundamental knowledge in two of these three subjects: biology, chemistry, or physics. One year of approved interdisciplinary or earth and space sciences coursework can meet one year of the requirement. Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Science courses can be used in area D as an additional science (i.e., third year or beyond).

- 1 additional course from any subject areas above

University of California - Irvine Campus has a warm and vibrant campus with amazing student life.
Tips: After coming to the USA, there was a great transition. The culture shifted tremendously. There was a full-funded scholarship available for master's programs. The program starts with three lectures in the morning, followed by practical sessions, and concludes with peer sessions to adjust the entire program. There are many student clubs and societies that support international students both financially and emotionally. Overall, I am very satisfied with this program here in California.
Dislikes (Value for money): The University of California-Irvine campus is a highly recommended university in the United States of America which provides students with excellent knowledge in Computer Engineering and PhD in Artificial Intelligence. The teaching faculty is at its best and it teaches a wide variety of subjects.
