- Transcripts (in English) from all colleges or universities attended. Transcripts must be submitted in sealed envelopes and mailed directly to the admissions office. - GRE is opitional for MS in Chemitry
- Students must submit a personal statement about their background including life experiences, why they want to pursue a master’s degree in biomedical engineering, and what are their personal aspirations and career goals. (For Biomedical Engineering MS)

The University offers an interest-free monthly installment option which consists of five (5) payments each semester with the cost to enroll is $50 per semester.
- Fall Plan: July through November
- Spring Plan: December through April
- Payments are due every 30 days on or around the first of each month.
