UND provides on-campus accommodation for students. The cost to live on campus varies by living option. Residence Halls are billed similarly, while apartment-style housing and on-campus apartments vary by unit type.

It has many residence halls and over 850 on-campus apartments. Some of the amenities that are provided to students who live on-campus include maintenance, bed lofts, internet, laundry and more. Note that all the first-year students are required to live in a residence hall, on-campus for their first, full-academic year.
