- To apply, Students must have a bachelor degree or graduate degree from an institution that is accredited by one of the regional accrediting organizations (e.g. Higher Learning Commission) within the last seven to 10 years. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred from the institution granting the bachelors degree. A cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher is preferred in the six prerequisite courses. Successful completion of the American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider course (must be completed before the first day of class in the MSN program).
