1. Successful completion of an advanced dental degree (i.e. DDS, DMD, or equivalent) from a CODA-accredited university in the United States or Canada.
2. A proven history of clinical practice (at least one year preferred).
3. General knowledge of clinical research protocol at the university level.

1. Successful completion of an advanced dental degree (i.e. DDS, DMD, BDS).
2. Successful completion of the NBDE Parts I & II.*
- Exceptional candidates who have yet to complete NBDE Part II may be considered (at the discretion of the Program Director).
- If accepted, enrollment is contingent on successful completion of Part II.
- Applicants must have a dental degree or be in the final year of dental school. They should have a GPA of 3.0 (“B”) or better.
