The tuition fee at the University of Birmingham Dubai vary from course to course. Therefore, international students should check the tuitoin fee for their course before applying. Check below the first year tuition fee for some of the University of Birmingham Dubai courses:

The first year tuition fee for University of Birmingham Dubai BTech ranges between INR 27.2 Lacs and INR 28.6 Lacs as per the claim by an unofficial source. As per the official website, for undergraduate students, the fees paid in your first year will remain the same across all years of study. For all postgraduate programmes, students will be charged per year of study. Selected students need to pay the course fee once they recieve the confirmation letter.

The University of Birmingham Dubai acceptance rate is 79% as per one of the unofficial sources. The figure indicates that any candidate with sound academic background can easily get into the Dubai Campus of the university. As per the claim by an unofficial source, the university is home to nearly 4,000 students. International students from 150 countries are enrolled at the university.

The University of Birmingham Dubai offers more than 50 graduate and master’s level in multiple areas of study like Accounting, Finance, Business Management, etc. MS, MIM and BBA are the popular courses of UoB Dubai Campus. The courses contain the same set of compulsory modules as taught at our Birmingham campus in the UK. The first year tuition fee for UG courses ranges between INR 24.7 Lacs and INR 28.6 Lacs as per an unofficial source. For PG programs, the fee ranges between INR 14.2 Lacs and INR 30.9 lakh.

The foundation pathways are suitable for candidates who have completed high school qualification that is below the equivalent standard of UK A levels, and therefore doesn’t allow for direct entry to UG courses at UK universities. Check below the foundation UG criteria for Indian students:

• Indian students holding Class 12 Higher Secondary Certificate with an average score of 65% aggregate from ICSE, CBSE, West Bengal State Board will be considered for entry to Birmingham Foundation Academy. All other state boards require 70% overall.
• If a candidate wish to apply for the Engineering and Physical Sciences pathway, they need to have at least 65% in mathematics from ICSE, CBSE, West Bengal State Boards.
• To apply for a Biology based degree you will need to have a least 65% in Biology from ICSE, CBSE, West Bengal State Boards.

The first year tuition fee for University of Birmingham Dubai MS course ranges between INR 14.2 Lacs and INR 29.5 Lacs as per the claim by an unofficial source. For all postgraduate programmes, students will be charged per year of study. Selected students need to pay the course fee once they recieve the confirmation letter.

The University of Birmingham will offer 125 scholarships to ambitious students under the 125 Scholarship Initiative. The students who are enrolling in September 2025 are eligible to apply for the scholarship. Undergraduate or graduate students across disciplines, including Health, Engineering, Business, Law, Computer Science, and Life Science, can apply for this scholarship. The selection will be based on academic merit. The scholarship will cover 50% of tuition fees for the deserving candidates.

University of Birmingham Dubai provides some scholarships specifically to Indian students. Find below details for some of the scholarships for Indian students:

India Outstanding Achievement Scholarships

Four scholarships of £2,500 was offered to Indian students. The scholarship is offered to the highest performing student pursuing a course from the university.

Lady Meherbai D Tata Education Trust Scholarship

This is a merit-based, overseas Masters scholarship programme for women graduates engaged in social work, social welfare including child welfare, education, and education for children with special needs, to mention a few.

Ravi Sankaran Fellowship Program

The programme will fund one or two students to work towards a one or two year master’s degree in a reputed academic programme in ecology or conservation.

Indian students who have completed Class 12 higher secondary certificate with an average score ranging between 75% and 90%. The score will vary as per the board opted by the candidates in Class 12. 

Holders of the Indian Standard XII will be considered for entry to the first year of our undergraduate degree programmes.

• A*AA = 90% ISC, CBSE, Maharashtra or 85% West Bengal or 95% Other State boards
• AAA = 85% ISC, CBSE, Maharashtra or 80% West Bengal or 90% Other State boards
• AAB = 80% ISC, CBSE, Maharashtra or 75% West Bengal or 85% Other State boards
• ABB/BBB = 75% ISC, CBSE, Maharashtra and West Bengal or 80% Other State boards
