Clemson University Admissions 2025: Application Deadline, Requirements & Costs

Clemson University admission deadlines for international students. Early Action decisions will be released in mid-December. If you prefer a Regular decision,  to submit your application, with the required materials due by start of the year. The Regular decision final opportunity to apply to Clemson University is in the start of May.

Students admitted to the programme over the last three years averaged a GPA score of 3.4. A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required for a competitive application. However, coming to the Undergraduate students have three options to avoid suspension or dismissal (only one of three must be obtained):

• An applicant with minimal deficiencies may be admitted with prerequisites, while one with several deficiencies may be required to satisfactorily complete prerequisite work as a non-degree student prior to admission as a graduate student.

No GMAT or GREs is not required for most of the graduate programs. However, GRE and GMAT are required for students applying for MS in CS courses. • A statement of academic purpose (SOP)

• Applicants must have a list of all their prior colleges or universities, accompanied by unofficial transcripts from each school. However, unofficial transcripts should be uploaded with the applicant's application.

• Letters of recommendation: Applicants must enter the names of their recommender directly in the application, and they will receive a link to upload a letter on the applicant's behalf.

• Applicants must submit their Resumes and CV. 

• A standardised test, although the graduate school does not have tests minimum for admission, individual departments may have minimum requirements. However, there are other standardised examinations, such as GRE and GMAT, which are compulsory but might vary depending on the course the applicant chooses.
