What is AUSAT?

Alliance University Scholastic Aptitude Test or AUSAT is a gateway for admission to BBA, BTech, BCom (Hons), BA LLB and BBA LLB courses offered by Alliance University. The University is recognised jointly by UGC and AICTE. Candidates seeking admission to any of the UG courses need to appear for this exam. AUSAT is conducted in computer based test mode. Candidates need to pass the test to be eligible for admission to the institute.

Q:   What is the pattern of AUSAT exam?
A: 

AUSAT is held in CBT mode. The duration is 90 minutes in which candidate's have to attempt 100 questions. All questions are objective type and belong to English Grammar, Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, GK. Every question carries 1 mark,

Yes, AUSAT 2026 registration form is out. Candidates can fill the application form at the official website by creating a registration ID.

Q:   What after AUSAT exam?
A: 

After AUSAT, the institute evaluate candidates’ performance and announce the result. The AUSAT score is then evaluated to select candidates for the second round of admission process which is Personal Interview or PI. Candidates have to participate in the PI round and clear it for final selection. Those who miss the PI round will not be considered for selection.

Q:   What are the eligibility criteria for AUSAT?

The minimum eligibility criteria for AUSAT is class 12 pass. Candidates appearing for class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply.

AUSAT 2026 Application Process

AUSAT 2026 application form filling is an online process. Forms cannot be submitted offline. Check below how to apply:

  • Fill registration form by entering Name, Email ID, Mobile, City, etc.
  • Verify registration with link sent in email ID or mobile number
  • Enter personal and academic details
  • Upload a passport size photo
  • Pay application fee of INR 200 to complete the process

The application fee is non-refundable so candidates must fill the form with correct details. If they make an error, they will have to fill a fresh form and pay the fee again. Forms with error will be rejected.

The overall difficulty level of AUSAT exam can be considered to be easy. The questions are in MCQ format, easy and straightforward.

Q:   Can I skip Quants section in AUSAT exam?

You can skip Quants section in AUSAT exam, as solving all the questions is not mandatory. However, it is not recommended to skip a section completely, as it will adversely affect your overall score. Moreover, no attempting any question of a particular section may result in non-selection, as evaluators may think, you're not good in that subject.

Alliance University Bangalore offers scholarships for top performers in AUSAT exam. It included tuition fee waiver on relevant courses between 10 to 50 percent. The institute also offers freeship of up to INR 50,000 to meritorious students who have scored more than 60 percent in class 12.

Q:   How do I prepare for PI round of BBA admission through AUSAT?
A: 

PI round for BBA admission through AUSAT is not tough. It is a personality assessment round where a panel of experts ask you questions related to your academics and career goals. The idea is to understand and assess your aptitude for business management. Be clear in your answers and communicate your opinion backed by logic/data. If you don’t know the answer tell the panel honestly. Don’t beat around the bush or pretend. Before the PI date, do mock interview practices so that you don’t fumble in the interview. And can answer questions confidently and fluently.

Yes, you can crack AUSAT through self-study. Just refer to some good books for UG level Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English Grammar. Refer to GK year book and practice some AUSAT sample papers.

AUSAT syllabus is not difficult. The topics included in the syllabus are same as other entrance exams for BBA, which are also common to class 12. English, Quants, GK are subjects that you've studied in school. Only Logical Reasoning will come across as something new, but it can be prepared easily.
