Highly developed infrastructure, cooperative faculty members, and a good placement rate.
Placements: A high percentage of students were placed in my course, with around 75 to 80% of students getting placed. The highest average package offered for my course is 9 to 12 LPA, while the lowest average package offered is 5 to 7 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are Intel, Qualcomm, and Nokia. Around 65% of students got internships at Intel and Qualcomm. The top roles offered by these companies are Wireless Communication Engineer, Electronics Design Engineer, and Software Developer.
Infrastructure: There is highly developed infrastructure available in my department, with great facilities. Wi-Fi has good strength and runs at very high speed. The laboratories have all the equipment and machines needed for experiments. The classrooms are very neat and clean, and the library has lots of books for students. Good facilities are available in the hostel. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is also very tasty and hygienic. Medical facilities are available in my department, and sports and games are conducted properly.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are cooperative. They are qualified with Ph.D. degrees in their subjects and knowledgeable in their fields. The teaching quality and methods of explanation are excellent. Teachers explain every topic clearly to students. The course curriculum is very relevant. It makes students industry-ready by engaging them with companies, internships, regular seminars, and workshops. Semester exams in this college are not very difficult because the faculty members are cooperative. The pass percentage is around 78%.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in working in a related field. The best thing about my course is that it offers many job opportunities in all sectors, including both government and private sectors. Better computer skills and deeper knowledge of computers would further improve students' learning. The events and fests celebrated on campus are very good. The campus crowd is also good. Connectivity is excellent, and the campus surroundings are very nice and beautiful. Scholarships are given to eligible students. Extracurricular activities are also organized.

Good college, must visit.
Placements: Good placements. Most students get placed. The maximum package goes up to 1 crore. The lowest is 3 LPA, with an average of 7–8 LPA. Many top companies visit the college. Students start getting internships from the 3rd year. Overall, there are lots of placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very beautiful, with so many trees that make the campus look very beautiful and green. There is a library that is open to students 24/7. There are very big classrooms with lots of facilities. Hostels are very hygienic, with homelike food served to the students.
Faculty: Teachers are quite knowledgeable, and almost all have completed their Ph.D. There are skilled trainers for various subjects. The curriculum does make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate. It also depends on the preparation of the individual. Almost all students pass.
Other: I learn a lot here.

Great exposure and opportunities, but be ready for the discipline.
Placements: They provide many opportunities by inviting most of the well-established companies and promise to get the majority placed with a good package. In the end, it's your own efforts that get you placed, but Chitkara University provides the best medium for you and brings all of the top companies all in one place, and helps you to give your best.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the overall campus is really good and provides you with the best services that you pay for. The mess food is still better than a lot, and mostly good. The water is clean, and the hostel has vending machines for your service, even the academic buildings are well built and maintained. They are a bit strict in matters of applying for a gate pass to even step outside the campus, and the hostel rules are made a bit stricter.
Faculty: They provided well-qualified teachers, but make sure to know about the evening classes for hostellers for B.E CSE course as they won't tell you upfront, but still the curriculum is placement focused, and the faculty is mostly polite and understanding, and the exams are also conducted on their own platform that helps you to your best.
Other: Just be informed about the evening classes for hostellers for the CSE course. If you're okay with it, then only take your thoughts further, be mentally ready to wear a uniform and a bit strict hostel and college overall.

Worth considering for engineering.
Placements: Around 85 percent of students got placed (2027 passing batch for CSE AIML students). The highest package is 45 LPA and the average package is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, TCS, and Infosys. Top roles offered are software engineer, full stack developer, AIML engineer, backend developer, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and well-maintained. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. The college has computer labs. The library is spacious, and hostels are clean. There is a well-maintained ground for sports also. The mess food is average but the canteen provides a really good variety of food.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and they provide quality content making it easier for the students to learn and grasp concepts. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty. Pass percentage is around 90-95 percent. If a student attends regular classes, they can easily score well in exams.

Placements: Around 70-80% of students got placed in good industries based on their skills and CGPA. The highest package is 1.1 crores. The top recruitment companies are Infosys, Google, and Apple. Around 60-80% of students got internships in Google, Amazon, Infosys, etc. Overall, the university is good.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are smart-enabled with projectors, audio-visual systems, and good seating arrangements. The campus provides Wi-Fi facility all over the campus. A proper library is made for students, and it is open 24/7. Computer labs are well-equipped with the latest equipment.
Faculty: The teachers here are helpful, qualified, and easily approachable. The quality of the teachers is generally good, especially for the coding students. The course curriculum is according to the current requirements of the industries. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate.

Average college, but too expensive. You can find better colleges charging less with same facilities.
Placements: I am still pursuing the course. The highest package may be 50 LPA, depending on skills. The lowest is 3 LPA and the average is I guess 5 LPA-6 LPA. Recruiting companies are Deloitte, Infosys, STGI, and Cisco. Not so many students can pursue off-campus or on-campus internships. Roles offered are data analyst, HR, debugger, and coder.
Infrastructure: Classrooms have a centralized AC. Infrastructure is good. Mess quality is average not so good. Classrooms are better than other colleges but the fees are too high. Sports games are good and co-curricular activities are conducted. It's not so nice but good. NCC is good and NSS is also there. There are many clubs.
Faculty: Teachers have knowledge but students need to study on their own. The course curriculum is relevant. Exams are difficult and the pass percentage is more than 50 percent for coding subjects which is high. Teachers don't make you study that much what comes in exams is just what you're paying to get a degree in an overcrowded college.
Other: I had no option except this course. Many things need to improve. Events are good and there are many extracurricular activities conducted.

You can take admission. This is a good college.
Placements: 95 percent of students got placed from my course. 55 LPA is the highest package, 20 LPA is the average package, and 6 LPA is the lowest package. Amazon, Google, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Razorpay, and Paytm. 90 percent of students got internships. SDE and senior developer are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available for the course is good. Wi-Fi is good, classrooms are well furnished, fully air-conditioned, and the library is also good. According to me Chitkara provides you with the best studying environment. The facilities provided are good and the mess food is very good. According to rumors that are heard a dedicated dispensary and pharmacy are provided by the college, and a 24/7 ambulance service is also provided. For sports dedicated courts are made like badminton courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a sitting court.
Faculty: Faculty are very friendly with students, well-qualified, and also knowledgeable. All are Ph.D. holders and the course curriculum is relevant and all subjects are taught according to your stream. For CSE semester exams are not difficult because we have to give MCQ-based exams. Chitkara's course curriculum is very good.

It is the best private option in Punjab.
Placements: B.E CSE Chitkara University 90% placements are placed, which is very good. The highest package is 44 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA. Recruiters are from TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, JP Morgan, and Microsoft. 70% students got internships. Roles offered are Software Development Engineer, Web Developer, and Data Analyst.
Infrastructure: College has modern classes with smart boards, high-speed Wi-Fi, well-equipped CS labs and a digital library. Hostels are clean with good security, decent rooms and Wi-Fi. Mess food is average, or you can say less than average. Medical aid is also average, but in the sports area, it is very good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified, and they also have a deep knowledge of their subject. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it also prepares the student to face the industry ready. If a person studies well, and along with the syllabus, it is not difficult to pass the semester exam. 40% is the pass percentage criterion.

Yes it is a very good private college. But the condition is you have to work very hard. Chitkara is strict in terms of academics and attendance. So you have maintain atleast 75% attendance and 7+ CGPA for a good placement!
