Placements: I have been placed at Deloitte. That is the biggest and best start for my future. A good company start is a blessing for the rest of my career. Top companies are Colgate-Palmolive, HCL Tech, Apple, BNY Mellon, Deloitte, Tata Electronics, KPIT, and Anand Rathi.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is outstanding. After leaving the hostel, you will never find that kind of facility in Pune again. Campus infrastructure is also good enough. Newspapers are provided daily so that we do not miss anything from the outside world.

Faculty: Faculty members are always supportive. They encourage extracurricular activities. You are assigned a mentor to guide you through your two-year course in the right direction. They assign various tasks to improve your communication skills.

Other: Campus life is related to corporate life. They prepare you for the corporate battlefield, which reflects in your job performance, giving you an edge over others.

Placements: Almost the entire batch is placed through campus recruitment. The highest CTC offered is 34 LPA. Companies like Apple, Deloitte, Aditya Birla Group, and almost all FMCG and FMCD companies participate in campus recruitment. Roles offered include Management and many others.

Infrastructure: Institute provides a well developed academic infrastructure. It supports both learning and practical exposure. Classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated. They are equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors and audio-visual systems. It helps in interactive learning.

Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Along with a mix of lectures, case studies, presentations, group work, and practical assignments. Faculty members are approachable and supportive. Placements: Around 95% of students in my batch at IIEBM, Indus Business School Pune, are placed. The placement team is very supportive and actively involved until everyone gets an offer. The highest package for the recent batch is 34 LPA, and the average package is around 8–10 LPA, which is good for freshers. Top recruiting companies include Deloitte, Apple, HCL, ICICI Securities, Federal Bank, HDFC, TCS, and several strong FMCG, IT/TES, BFSI, and consulting firms. Almost all the students receive summer internships through the campus, with over 175 recruiters offering opportunities in FMCG, IT, and BFSI.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure at IIEBM is well-maintained. It supports a good learning environment. The campus is Wi-Fi-enabled and provides decent food. It also encourages physical fitness and recreation through sports and offers healthy food options.

The highest package offered is around 20 to 35 LPA, and the average package is approximately 7-8 LPA. Students from marketing, finance, operations, and analytics received diverse roles.
