It is one of the best institutes.
Placements: Almost 100% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. JSLPS, Arohan, Bandhan bank, ICICI Lombard, BFIL, Jubliant, PSI, etc., are the top recruiting companies. Young professionals, block project officer, consultant, fellowship, etc., are the top roles offered to students. Almost 98% of the students got an internship in companies like JCB, JSLPS, BRPLS.
Infrastructure: The college provides many facilities like canteen, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, labs, conference halls, auditorium, video classes. Hostel facilities are good, but the quality of the food is sometimes not that much good. Medical facilities are available here. Sports and several games are played here.
Faculty: Teachers in ou college are very helpful, and they mentor in the best possible way. The teaching quality is amazing. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready for the corporate as well as the rural sector. It is diverse, and it provides the opportunity to explore every department.
Other: I have chosen this course as my seniors suggested it. It has a lot of exposure, and it is in emergence. There should be more new lecture series on the burning issues and alumni visits. Panache is the grand annual festival of XISS, and it is the best one among all the cultural programs. There are many cultural programs organised in XISS from time to time. They also conduct various competitions like business case study, debate competition.
