Normally, to get admission into an MBA programme at Xavier stitute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, candidates must have completed their 12th. The PGDM course at XISS Ranchi offers four specializations: Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Financial Management, and Marketing Management. Candidates need to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have a three or four-year bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities. Candidates appearing for the final year or final semester of their graduate degree examination are also eligible to appear for the admission process, provided they do not have more than two backlogs.
The XISS Ranchi offers 5 Post Graduate Diploma programs, with 330 seats across all courses. Different programs have different seat intakes, with 75 seats in Human Resource Management and Rural Management, and 60 seats in Finance and Marketing Management.
