The Diploma of Business will prepare you to manage business resources, meetings, budget and financial plans. You will be able to lead communications and build business relations. The units within Diploma of Leadership and Management are also similar with some focusing more in leading difficult conversations, becoming emotionally intelligent and managing people's performance. Pursuing the Diploma of Community Service will enable you to deliver, manage and co-ordinate people-centric services to individuals or bigger groups while also supervising other workers and volunteers.

Generally speaking, all the Diploma and certificates that are focused on business, leadership and management run for a year (12 months or 52 weeks).
