Blocked account is different from tuition fees (for private universities)
For the programs that are being taught in German at Ludwig Maximilians University Munich, evidence of German language proficiency test is required. Indian students have to submit these English language proficiency tests too for the programs whose language of instruction is German. The language certificates in German that are accepted at this university are:
- DSH 2
- TestDAF
- One of other C1/CD certificates

Yes, Indian students who are interested in studying at LMU Munich have to apply for German National Student Visa that is Type D Visa.
