Good exposure, but be aware of what you choose.
Tips: The University promises a lot of things but doesn’t really adhere to them. The job market is difficult and there less to no help from the university itself. The university is okay, but it isn’t listed among the top. It’s cheap and gives you proper exposure to the country. Germany is great if you are actively working on inclusion; otherwise it can be lonely and depressing. There are no scholarships as such, but you do get waivers on certain criteria. Overall, my stay was pleasant, I made good friends, learnt a lot about myself and definitely improved myself as a human being.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): The overall market in Germany and Europe as a whole is a bit tight right now, so if you are planning to stay in Germany itself or anywhere in Europe, the language is the biggest thing that needs to be learnt. Without it, the jobs are hard. Many companies offer sponsor visas especially in cities like Berlin, Munich and Hamburg. Job roles often range from a Graphic Designer to an Art Director. Depending upon your experience, you can apply for it. The salaries are good for leading a decent lifestyle and can vary from 45000 - 95000.

Try to socialise, network and build connections.
Tips: I would suggest that the students have prior experience before shifting to any country. University does play a major role but so does networking and working on your own. Students should be prepared for hands on learning unlike what we are used to back in India. Time management is crucial as we have to juggle work, studies, socialising and networking.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): If I have a job and a good social circle, I would be happy to settle here. Permanent settlement is quite easy compared to other countries. Although you need to secure a job and have a certain level of proficiency in the German language. Things might feel a bit slow, paper-wise.
Dislikes (Indian Food): Not many options are there for food as the campus is located in a remote location. There were a few restaurants that cost 10 euros per person and most of them were like bakeries or pizza places. Students get their own food from home. There are options on campus but I didn't find any of my liking.

Yes UE Germany acceptance rate stands around 40% meaning out of every 100 candidates who apply for its admission process upto 40 will  be accepted. This makes it moderately hard to get into the university as only almost half applicants will be admitted
