Q. Why did you choose to study abroad? Did Covid-19 affect your decision at any point?
Hari: I wanted to be an international student and explore the opportunity to study abroad and in this unprecedented time of COVID crisis the best one can do is to learn skills and make yourself better.
Q. Was this particular country your only choice as a study destination or did you consider other countries as well?
Hari: I was looking to join a leading business school all in Europe. France has many such leading business schools and SKEMA Business School is one such prominent school where it gives its students various opportunities.
Q. Once you were sure of going abroad to study, how did you research the application process? Was it a difficult stage?
Hari: Shortlisting and applying to a school that fits your profile is a bit of a challenging task. I did a lot of online research straight on the web and took consultant advice to finalize my school.
Q. Which exams were you required to take?
Hari: I appear for a GRE exam however; the school does not consider only the GRE exam score for giving admission, they look into different prospects in your resume.

Q. How was your Visa interview? What questions did the Visa officer ask you?
Hari: In the case of France, the interview was conducted by Campus France. The academic interview was a bit easy if you provide proper academic documents and your reason of study. Following the academic interview, there is a document drop in the VFS.
Q. What challenges did you face due to Covid-19 Lockdowns? Was it difficult to arrange finances?
Hari: COVID19 crisis made the process very tough; arranging for an education loan was a difficult task. The course dates were also pushed a little longer due to the new immigration rules.

Q. Was your family concerned about sending you abroad during these uncertain times? How did you convince them?
Hari: COVID19 crisis hit every part of the world. My father was practical enough to recognize education as need of the hour moreover my family was very supportive of my educational endeavors.
