Griffith University- Challenging and ideal student life.
Tips: I have always known the kind of life I'll be living here so it wasn't that hard to adjust. It took me 2 months to completely assimilate. I had a 25% tuition fee for the scholarship that I received with my offer letter. I had to maintain my GPA to keep the scholarship. College life at Griffith University is great. There are too many student council events, sports events, and cultural events to count. The events range from multicultural dinner nights to day trips to remote island resorts for driving ATVs. I participated in all the events. There are also many clubs and committees on campus. I was personally part of 8 of them across 3 universities in the city. You can even join a club or committee at a different university. Overall, I am very satisfied with my university and course.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Griffith University is a great school with a challenging curriculum and an ideal student life. However, it can be difficult to find post-study employment, as there is no set number of companies that offer sponsor visas. Additionally, the average salary is around 60,000 AUD per annum, excluding superannuation, which is 10-18% of salary.

Thriving in academic diversity: My college Journey
Tips: The transition here was seamless, though I experienced a cultural shift that enriched my perspective. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my university, the course quality, and the opportunities provided. The country's cultural richness and the institution's commitment to holistic education make it excellent.
Likes (Student Life): What I cherish most about university life is the vibrant campus atmosphere. There are various events such as seminars, workshops, cultural festivals and sports competitions and there are different clubs and communities such as environment, humanitarian, etc.
Dislikes (Internships): Griffith offers personalized counselling sessions where advisors help students identify their career goals and interests. These sessions often include guidance on how to craft a resume, and cover letters and even provide mock interviews to polish interview skills.

Good ranked university and academically strong.
Tips: Griffith has a diverse student population, so be prepared to meet people from different cultures. This can be a great opportunity to broaden your perspective. Understand the tuition fees and living expenses. Griffith offers scholarships, so check if you're eligible for any financial support. Faculty are very understanding and will encourage to take active participation in activities, seminars and events held on-campus. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.

Griffith has friendly environment. They help students
Tips: University has a friendly atmosphere. And organise many functions and events. If you are staying on campus you can attend most of the functions available. Also, transportation is an important thing in Australia as you would need a car to get everywhere on time.
Likes (Value for money): Classes are available for 2 hrs a week for each subject. We can access the library 24/7 as desktop computers are for public use. Different cultural events would be organised throughout the trimester for students. And club functions are also available.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Professors are all well-qualified and friendly in nature. We can communicate during study hours, and they are always available to clear doubts whenever needed. Professors of different nationalities are available for each subject as there is a minimum 3 professors for one subject.

Master of Financial Technology - Batch of 2025

Great campus experience, strategically located and well maintained.
Tips: Cultural shift we can observe in this country, especially people are in a party mood at weekends. Food was a major problem for Indian students in the initial days. Scholarship options of 20 to 25 percentage are available depending upon our academic credit.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Faculty members are mostly not from Australia and English-speaking countries, very difficult to understand during the initial days of joining. Online classes are a little bit tough to follow. Teaching methodology by using technology which is effective for studies.
Dislikes (Value for money): Course fee is little bit higher side compared to other colleges. Paying fees for 12 classes per subject per trimester. Scholarship options have to be carefully reviewed before joining. Have to score a minimum 5 per cent Gpa to retain scholarship every trimester.

Good university with modern infrastructure.
Tips: Before joining, students should make sure they meet the academic and English language requirements for their chosen programme. If not, you might need to take additional courses or tests. Research how Griffith supports graduates in finding jobs. Look into their career services, alumni network, and industry connections. Try to find accommodation as soon as you land. There are several on-campus activities and sports, try to participate in them. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.
