Yes, an average Indian student can join Holmes Institute if they meet the admission requirements. The institute enrolls over 10,000 international students and offers a range of awards from the vocational level through to master's degrees in business administration and accounting. The admission requirements for the Master of Arts in Wisdom Studies and the Certificate in Wisdom Studies include earning a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher, submitting two letters of recommendation from a faculty member, employer, or minister/mentor, and submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification. 

It may not be possible to get into Holmes Institute's MBA programme without the required professional/managerial work experience. The entry requirements for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at Holmes Institute, Melbourne, include a Graduate Certificate in a related discipline and five years of professional/managerial work experience, or a Graduate Diploma equivalent.
