Q:   What is the Cambrian College tuition fee for international students?
A: 

Cambrian College is a public college therefore, the tuition fees for international students and domestic students may vary. However, below we have provided the tuition fees for some popular courses at Cambrian College. It is an estimated tuition fee and hence subject to vary.

Q:   Does Cambrian College offer scholarships?
A: 

Cambrian College offers a variety of scholarships and bursaries to international students. Applications for the 2023-24 academic year are now being accepted, All Cambrian College scholarship and bursary applications can be found on myCambrian. Once you have registered for your program, you can view award applications using your myCambrian account.

Q:   What are the admission requirements for Cambrian College?
A: 

All international students are required to submit a completed application form to get into Cambrian College. Admission requirements for Cambrian College are listed below:

  • Copies of official educational certificates/transcripts

  • All photocopies must be certified by the issuing institution or notarized

  • If transcripts are not in English or French then they must be sent with translations with the originals/certified copies

  • Applications are received on an individual basis

  • A photocopy of the passport must accompany the application

  • Indian students must meet Student Partners Program (SPP) requirements

Q:   Does Cambrian College provide accommodation for international students?
A: 

Cambrian College has three campuses located in Sudbury, Espanola, and Little Current / Manitoulin Island. Cambrian’s Residence consists of houses that can provide lodging to 677 students. The college campus has two kinds of houses: The Townhouse which can contain 300 students, and the Dorm style which can house 377 students. There are Resident advisors in the dorms to guide them through the rules and regulations of living in the residence. The costs for the two residences vary. The Dorm style has a total fee of $3,572.50 (Winter), $2,200 (Summer), and an academic price of $7,398. Townhouse style has total fees of $3,327.50 (Winter, ), $3,422 (Fall), and an academic price of $6,804.

The student can apply for the residence online and a non-refundable fee of $100 has to be paid with the application. The acceptance is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Q:   What is the application fee for Cambrian College international students?
A: 

Cambrian College charges a CAD 110 application fee. Students may select up to three Cambrian programs. Cambrian College accepts applications through OCAS. International students can pay their application fees via credit card or wire transfer online. The Ontario Colleges Association of Canada, popularly known as Ontariocolleges.ca, is an acronym for the Ontario Colleges Association of Canada. The application fees listed above are non-refundable, which means they cannot be repaid once paid.

Q:   How is Advance Diploma in Business Administration at Cambrian College?
A: 

In your third year you will be able to specialize in one of two areas: marketing or management and in the last semester of the program all Business Administration students are expected to complete an unpaid placement. The placement allows you to put your business management, project management and human resource management skills to the test in a real world setting of your choice and this hands on approach gives you the opportunity to obtain experience in your chosen industry while also creating relationships and your resume.

Q:   Does Cambrian College accept study gap?
A: 

A study gap of no more than 5 years. Some exceptions are given for students with good grades and a six-year gap. Admission into a three-year programme may only result in six failures. If an applicant has an overall average of 65%, they can accept eight failures.

Q:   What are the admission requirements for Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate at Cambrian College?
A: 

As an Indian student, if you're looking for admission to a master's course, then you are required to submit a diploma, advanced diploma, or degree from Ontario College. Other than that, also prove prior experience of a minimum of five years in the related field. And lastly, attain good scores in English tests.

Q:   What are the admission requirements for Advance Diploma in Business Administration at Cambrian College?
A: 

The admission requirements are mentioned below:

12th -  Applicants must have passed high school.

Required Subject; English and Mathematics

Recommended: Computer competency in relevant software.

IELTS - Marks - 6/9

  • IELTS Academic Overall band minimum score of 6.0 (no individual band less than 5.5)

Q:   How is Cambrian College Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate?
A: 

With a Cambrian College degree in Human Resources, you'll acquire the knowledge and expertise to become a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) by investigating recruiting possibilities, challenges, and methods; organisational management; labor relations, and more. The Human Resources Management curriculum is designed to supplement your existing qualifications and to help you obtain your Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) title. The Ontario Human Resources Professionals Association has approved the nine core courses required to take the National Knowledge Exam (NKE). Mediation, practitioner seminars, and a seven-week placement in a professional human resources workplace are among the other courses available.

All Cambrian College applications are done through ontariocolleges.ca. International students should be aware of the key dates and apply accordingly. The admission dates are set by OCAS, not Cambrian College. Cambrian Colleges' entrance deadlines are as follows:
