The North Bay campus offers three apartment-style buildings as student residences that accommodate 675 students. The buildings also feature full kitchens with ovens/stoves in every suite. Students can choose to stay in a two-bedroom suite or a four-bedroom suite apartment. Each apartment will have the following features:

Room rates can vary each semester. Students can choose to pay in full or split the payment. Generally, for an academic year, the room rent is CAD 7,520, and per semester, it ranges from CAD 2,300 to CAD 3,760. Since each apartment comes with a kitchen, meal plans are not compulsory. However, students can opt for the cafeteria’s meal plans as per their liking.
