AVAILABLE- The College provides accommodation to students
- The Terrace campus has three, two-floor traditional residence buildings:
- Skeena River
- Copper River
- Nass River
- Each building is equipped with a shower
- The College provides accommodation to students

- Each building is equipped with a shower room, a TV room, a kitchen area on each floor for light meal preparation
- Kitchens include a large fridge and freezer, microwaves, stove, washers and dryers. All residents have access to free wireless Internet. Each room is equipped with a twin bed, study table, and wardrobe.
- Accommodations are also available at the Smithers campus
- The residence has 20 single occupancy beds with TV’s in each room, shared kitchen, dining hall, shared lounge area with TV, washer and dryer facility and semi-private washrooms.
