A good place for growth.
Tips: Florida is a very happening place to study and spend aspects of your life in, and while studying at Florida Atlantic, I was exposed to all sorts of people and culture, which helped shape me into who I am today. Indian food is available, but with limited options, and it's better to cook for yourself. Once you figure out how the transport system works, you'll be able to get around.

People here are very friendly and involved.
Tips: My time here has been very active, as I've been involved in three different clubs, helped organise events, and even tried my hand at research. This has helped me feel a strong sense of community and experience everything the college has to offer. While the classes are a bit large, I recommend connecting with professors; it can be very beneficial. Overall, I've had a great experience here.
Likes (Student Life): The people here are very friendly and involved. I've found more common ground with them than with anyone else back home or elsewhere. There are numerous clubs and communities, but I'm most looking forward to the game days and how exhilarating the experience is.

Highly knowledgeable and dignified faculty.
Tips: One of the best things here is how involved and interesting the faculty is. All of them have been pioneers in their fields, and working or studying under them has been insightful. Group projects are a task. Either everyone is coordinated, or you're left to fend for yourself, so be assertive and communicate.

Florida is a nice, laid-back city, and the people are very friendly.
Tips: I've experienced significant changes in my learning approach and personal growth since attending this university. The tuition is comparatively better than a lot of other universities, and there are also greater scholarship opportunities. Florida is a nice, laid-back city, and the people are very friendly. Furthermore, some of the programs, including the business programs, are of exceptional quality.

The professors have been incredibly helpful, pushing us to apply our learnings in projects.
Tips: Studying here has surprised me in a good way, as I initially did not know what to expect. eally helped me out and have pushed me to apply whatever I have learned in projects, which has helped us in grasp projects, which has helped us in grasp. Learn to network early, even if you're shy or reluctant. Also, there are limited Indian stores, so bring essential items from home.

It was a positive and a lively experience.
Tips: I got to experience a lot more independence and room for growth than I had before. It’s a good and moderate university.
Tips: It's a good university that gives a good life to students and helps in culture fest related to our Indian culture. It is safe and secure to live and I think scholarships are also available if we apply then we get them, and I'm satisfied but the tuition fee is a little bit higher than I guessed.

Good cultural change to experience but the university is not up to the mark.
Tips: We need to have a good skill set to achieve success. We have to maintain confidence within ourselves in any situation and also be strong to achieve something in our life. It's good to live here if we have courage to survive. I’ve experienced a cultural change and it turned out to be good for me. There are scholarships for that we need to qualify some set of eligibility criteria like good GPA and have good skills. Overall, I’m not satisfied with this university.

It’s a decent university and you can enjoy with studies.
Tips: I've experienced a little bit of cultural tradition change and it's good to feel a different vibe. And I didn't get any scholarships right now but I will get scholarships with my confidence. Coming to university it's okay but not worth the money I've spent on this university. Also the course is good and the country is better to live here.

A good university but not the best
Tips: It's difficult to manage everything. It feels overwhelming but by time you'll eventually get used to it. No scholarships are provided here mind that and Florida is really costly when it comes to renting food or cabs. You need to be really fast while registering for classes. They'll open it even before you get a visa make sure to enroll.
Likes (Safety): The crime rate is less here. People around are good and the communities we live in are very safe. The university is diverse and police are always there to help on campus. There are several facts for us to be safe. Just make sure to mind your own business and everything just works out.
Dislikes (Value for money): For this amount, I would've got a better college with a scholarship. There's less opportunity for international students here and scholarships are less too. Tuition fees are costly, it would be really helpful if they've provided scholarships. On-campus job opportunities are less too.

The university and faculty people are very friendly.
Tips: The culture here is very easy to adapt and you don’t find any discrimination. Also not hard to get along with others. Here there are no scholarships for the new people . The professors are highly talented and helpful. They are ready to help whenever you need them and they will try to think out of the box.
Likes (Safety): It’s very safe over here in Boca Raton the crime rate is very low from my personal experience till now I haven’t come across any crimes like theft. We will have transport till 10 pm except on the weekends and the means of transport is easy to travel to university.
Dislikes (Part time work): It’s difficult to find jobs. We are not getting part-time on campus and we need to transfer funds from home for certain periods of time due to more number of students it’s hard to find jobs on campus. We need to keep on trying and applying for jobs. So it’s better to apply for other jobs instead of in food courts.

Student life is so good and chill. You can learn at your own pace, and the campus is really great.
Tips: It will take one or two months to settle down. I didn’t get any scholarship, but the university is really great. The course I took is good because I can do part-time work, and I can study later since they record the classes. This has helped me a lot, as long as I remain disciplined and don't do anything harmful. You’ll be more than fine.
Likes (Student Life): Student life is so good and chill. You can learn at your own pace, and the campus is really great. Also, the sports club and the culturals really help you with a lot of new experiences. I can honestly say I’ve learned a lot more than just analytics here. I’ve also interacted with so many new people, and this has been a big help in my personality development.
Dislikes (Indian Food): You have very few options out here, and even those are expensive. Therefore, it's best if you learn how to cook, which you will eventually do anyway. I'm from South India, and I don't have access to my spicy food. Do not expect to get everything like you get in India.

The university has a great faculty, transportation facilities are excellent.
Tips: Students should know that there are no scholarships for international students and if you look at the academics, I'm pursuing my Masters in Computer Science. The syllabus is obviously updated but you should give more time prepping yourself and you should not rely on classes or professors only. Overall, the University is good.
Likes (Public transportation): If you choose living in Boca Raton, Delray, Hollywood etc. You may find public transportation either bus or train. And fare lies between 2$ to 5$. I say it's affordable. Usually there will be a bus for every 15 to 30 minutes. In weekends the schedule will be changed. Its like one for every 45 minutes. Honesty, you may not require bus to go university in week offs. If you prefer uber they gonna ask your assets for sure.
Dislikes (Part time work): The average payout lies in the range of 10 to 12$ per hour. On campus opportunities are mostly based on references. However they are limited. But, I suggest not to depend on both on and off campus opportunities. Fly for your study, your Masters and your life.

Big cities with lots of opportunities.
Tips: FAU is similar to every PG college in the US when it comes to academics, but the city you will live in is a very happening place and lots of foreigners are there, unlike other Indian cities. The city is big and you will not need to worry about part-time jobs.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): FAU is very diverse in the students, as they are coming from different countries. Having students from different countries would improve our skills and also help the students to overcome their fear of interacting with new people.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Faculty is very cooperative and understanding when it comes to academics. They give a lot of assignments to complete but it helps improve our experience which is required to build our knowledge. The assignment also helps us with interviews.

Strong internship support with room for improvement.
Tips: The campus is very good, and it has a strong academic environment. The university is research-focused. The support for internships is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in that area. This is a good school, and in this area, I think it's the best. The career fairs and job fairs provide a good way to find internships, and the school provides a lot of support. It's cool that Career Connect can help students find good internships and help students with their resumes.

The University of Colorado Denver has good research-oriented programs.
Tips: The University of Colorado Denver has good research-oriented programs, and is also a good place for someone who is passionate about research and has personal projects of their own. I have enjoyed my courses quite a lot as I am very dedicated in learning about environmental sustainability, and this campus has provided me with the perfect place to explore my potential. Great place to explore and find your potential.
Tips: I came here with a number of expectations and the university did not disappoint. The community abroad is friendly, inclusive, yet individualistic, so it's important that you learn how to respect boundaries while also involving yourself in activities and sports that would give you a real sense of the college spirit. The engineering programs have some renewed faculty, and students are encouraged to think out of the box and participate as much as they can. Tips: I have grown a lot as an individual and become much more self-reliant than I could have ever imagined after coming here. The people have been kind and the campus has some scenic views to enjoy as well. The weather is quite perfect if you are an outdoorsy individual, and there are regular celebrations for Indian students organised by the international student community such as for Diwali, Holi, etc. Faculty are highly qualified and understanding. University of Colorado Denver provides good opportunity to grow.
Tips: The initial few weeks of college will be spent in getting to know the place, people, and adjusting to the time difference. If you are staying on campus, then make it a point to introduce yourself to the president counselor who will help you out with most of your accommodation and logistical situations. Lots of learning and growth with diverse faculty and supportive peers.
Tips: The culture of Colorado is extremely immersive even though it takes a while to settle in so I would recommend one to arrive on campus before the orientation so they can truly understand what is needed and what to expect. As an undergrad, your SAT scores can determine whether you get in or not but once you've arrived, you are expected to contribute to society in non-academic ways as well which makes this truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The faculty are helpful and understanding so feel free to reach out to them in case of any queries or doubts. Also, try to contribute in classes and be creative. Good place, good facilities and friendly faculty.
Tips: The biggest issue here, at least in my case, was the limited options for housing and accommodation, especially on campus. It is crucial to find an ideal form of housing near campus, and it may not be the best idea to opt for an off-campus option through the internet as there has been a rise in scams. The classes are engaging, and participation is a must. Although there are part-time work options available, and ideally, it is recommended to have some kind of part-time occupation to meet the expenses here, the availability of work is limited and time-consuming, which is not a feasible option if you have a challenging major or programme. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experiences.

Tips: The best part of staying here is easily the student life. The faculty is cooperative and will guide you with your classes and assignments. The community is not so welcoming and friendly, but it helps you care about your niche and follow your passion, which makes the whole college experience intangible. It’s a good university but it is very difficult to find part time and internship.
Tips: You will need to hustle a lot for internships and part-time as there are many international students and foreigners and it's quite competitive. I recommend starting searching for it as soon as you come to the university and from the first day of your classes only. The country and the university are quite safe because of the continuous patrolling and security presence. There are security guards at the train station and emergency security guards on campus, which helps students feel safe and surrounded by people.
Dislikes (Part time work): There are very few part-time jobs available, and students are quite competitive. Even internships are hard to come by. If you don't get an internship, you might have to pay extra for summer classes.

A multicultural learning hub in Downtown Denver
Tips: I have started interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. This has made me more confident. People here enjoy privacy and usually like to be left alone. You need to maintain basic etiquette in public spaces. You need to follow rules all the time. I am getting a stipend for the role of teaching assistant. I got the role by contacting my graduate advisor. I am satisfied with the course and university because of the personalized attention that professors give me. They help you to really learn and become successful.
Likes (Indian Food): There are Mexican, Indian, Chinese, and Thai joints almost everywhere. Downtown Denver has many fast-food chains as well. I cook on weekdays. i.e outside once a week. The cost of per meal outside for one person is around $10 to $20. You also get a variety of food stores within the campus.
Dislikes (Value for money): The tuition fees is on the higher side for international students. Each 3-credit course is around $4200. The average cost per semester is around $12000. However, students can manage the cost with part-time work and scholarships. Students have access to various facilities such as a gym, library, printing services, medical services etc.

Eventful University experience wrapped in decent city vibes.
Tips: Though the University experience is decent, getting scholarships or financial aid is a little tricky here. The first semester, especially if you do not know anyone here could be challenging to figure out things. Denver as a city is nice, and worth the living cost.
Likes (Indian Food): There are a handful of Indian restaurants and grocery stores. I prefer cooking by myself. There are also Middle Eastern places that serve good food. Konark Grocers has all Indian grocery items including vegetables, biscuits and snacks.
Dislikes (Internships): To secure an internship, one needs to actively apply from the second semester onwards. Though there are career fairs at school, the applying part is totally on the student. We have a career center that helps with resumes. Not much guidance is provided by the University.
