MA Criminology - Batch of 2026

Great and fun student life.
Tips: Student life here moves at its own rhythm and initially it took me some time getting used to as I had taken a break after my undergrad but once I started getting used to it; it became quite peaceful. The environment is easy going and academic and people are always willing to help. The campus is a bit in the countryside so if you are keen on exploring other parts you might have to dedicate a weekend or so.

Have learnt a lot in my journey here.
Tips: Quite interesting experiences and classes are held in a more practical and research based manner. The weather is unpredictable but mostly on the colder side and we are used to carrying an umbrella with us almost everywhere. There are a few popular Indian food places as well but it can become expensive if you're living on a budget. A good place.

BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Counselling - Batch of 2027

Figuring things out along the way.
Tips: I was able to find my place here owing to various reasons including my batchmates, the administration and most importantly, the close knit Indian community which made me feel a bit more like home especially on festival days. The environment is competitive especially when it comes to job opportunities and sponsorship. I feel that the university can play a bigger role when it comes to placements and job prospects. Good experiences all along.

MSC Applications of Psychology - Batch of 2026

Great to find your footing.
Tips: I found the vibe here quite positive and motivating. There are students from all over the world along with clubs and societies for every other niche interest one might have here. You will find yourself maturing much more than you might have initially imagined because this place has a way of making one more independent and self reliant. Good people around and I have felt quite comfortable, welcome and safe.

Good for the experience.
Tips: Things have been quite adventurous and unexpected from the very beginning but it has made for some great memories for me. The culture shock is not as bad as I had imagine but it does take some time getting used to the social dynamics and expectations here. Professors expect quality work and they are direct in their approach and feedback which is why I have learnt to become more practical and result oriented over time.

International Masters in Business Administration - IMBA - Batch of 2026
3.7
Safe and peaceful to study.
Tips: Suffolk has a pretty secure and comfortable environment for all students especially internationally. I have felt pretty safe here and classes have not been particularly hard to keep up with which was reassuring. My peers and professors both have helped out when needed and there are also scholarships that help in making studying here a possibility which the administration usually has information about. Overall, very satisfied.

MSC Digital Marketing - Batch of 2026

Ideal student life with interactive classes.
Tips: I found my experience smooth yet uncertain in the long run. Cultural transition isn't too much other than trying to follow the local accent and reading social cues. The currency gap is massive and continues to increase so you will have to save and budget to the best of your ability. There are supermarkets and retail stores around in case you need anything.

MA International Relations - Batch of 2026

Work life balance is crucial.
Tips: I have found the campus and university to be a focused and peaceful place to study and my courses have been quite practical and career focused as well. My programme also requires a certain level of technical proficiency and the resources for international students have been super helpful in setting up things for us which has made the transition smoother.

MSc Cyber Security - Batch of 2026
3.8
Interesting and interactive classes.
Tips: Ipswich is a very college oriented town but there are very few tech companies here so networking and work prospects can fall short if you're looking locally. Campus is very safe and student friendly and classes are interactive. Clubs are small but active and people are very uninterrupted.
Dislikes (Part time work): Part time jobs are present but hard to find. For on campus roles, you can get roles such as in the library and support roles. Off campus roles can include work in Tesco, primary and other local joints and cafes. Do not exceed 20 hours, as it is not legal.

Peaceful and promising experience.
Tips: Ipswich is a relatively peaceful town and not as loud and chaotic as most universities usually are. Great for focused learning and professors are easily approachable as well. Administration has been very helpful during registration and banking. The weather was a big adjustment as it can rain literally anytime.

Master of Science in Medical Device Regulatory Affairs - Batch of 2025
Offered by South East Technological University- Carlow
3.6
Easy going college for masters students but the tuition fees are way too much.
Tips: There was a cultural shift. Students here don't like outsiders much. They tend to pick on people of another ethnicity. I don't have any scholarships as such, but I did apply for them. I am satisfied with Ireland's culture, but the university is a bit unsatisfying for me since the master's course doesn't really provide much of a classroom experience. It is just assignments and stuff that were paying so much for it.
Likes (Safety): The campus is really good and has excellent safety options. There are lots of options for undergraduate students, but not much for Master's non-EU students planning their futures. The university’s services are also good. However, some courses need more classes and teaching.
Dislikes (Value for money): The tuition fees are way too much, and they don't include enough content for the price. Also, the additional expenses we carry are expensive. The tuition fees should not include tax for international students because it would be much more affordable for them if it did not. It is also hard to find part-time work, which makes managing expenses difficult.

The faculty are highly qualified and we have an amazing student life.
Tips: Everything is easy when you're working on it. You should be ready to face any challenges. Should adopt the mindset of working hard. If you have any work experience, you will get a job more quickly than a fresher. I'm satisfied with my study life and working life. I'm doing great at both. We have good opportunities in my course if you have previous experience, and this country and its people are very warm and respectful.
Likes (Part time work): We can enjoy our student life. In our class, there are also cultural fests where you can have fun. You can also balance your study life and your work life. One more important thing is you need to work more on your assignments for a good score. When you start planning to study abroad, make sure you are ready for any challenges.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Well, my classes are in the evenings and they are two hours long. My faculty are very talented and have in-depth knowledge of the subjects. They guide us with our assignments and suggest techniques to help us complete them and get good grades. The faculty guides are qualified people who have worked at great universities in different regions.
