Good experience at ISA Lille
Tips: They should have a basic grasp of French, should have an economic backup plan, and apply for French scholarships, overall the course was okay as it was in English, though I would have appreciated support in job search by the university, which could have been better.
Likes (Public transportation): Well connected to the rest of the city via metro and bus, and affordable student passes if you are under the age of 25, it was very cheap, less than 10 euros for train and bus frequencies are also pretty good, buses are heated during winters, so very convenient
Dislikes (Post study jobs): It was hard to find jobs post the Masters and internships. Only a few of my Indian classmates could get a job, many had to return to India. I looked for a job for 5 months before finding one, you need to be patient. Very few companies prefer sponsoring foreigners.
