Le Cordon Bleu is the largest network of culinary and hospitality schools in the world with more than 35 institutes in 20 countries. It is home to about 20,000 students, who represent more than 100 nationalities around the globe. It is interesting to note that Le Cordon Bleu has an international campus in India. Established in 2013, this Le Cordon Bleu Indian campus is named GD Goenka University School of Hospitality.

In order to secure an admission, all the international students must fulfill the Le Cordon Bleu admission requirements listed below:

• 18 years of age or older on or before the start date of the course;
• Official academic transcripts  (English translation);
• Proof of English language proficiency;
• Statement of Purpose  (SOP);
• Letters of Recommendation  (LOR);
• Resume & Cover letter (300 - 500 words);
• Copy of passport; and
• Financial documents.

Le Cordon Bleu accepts international applications through the Official Application Portal available on the university's website. Intake dates differ for Culinary Arts and Management programs and overseas applicants must start applying at least eight weeks before the start of the semester. LCB also recommends international students to not wait until the deadline because they require a visa for France and the waiting time for a visa can be extended (up to three months).
