It also trains chefs of different countries to become the chefs in italian ambassys in their respective countries.

No, it is not hard to get into ALMA, the International School of Italian cuisine. The candidates need to pass the english proficiency tests like IELTS with a descent score of 6 and above. The application fees is not needed. The institute welcomes the students from all the countries. The documents like SOP, LOR and CV is not needed. The type of deadline is regular. 

However, ALMA courses have a limited number of seats. In case the favourite edition of the student is sold out, he will be contacted by the Student Office and either included in the waiting list or in a different edition of the course.

Students can return to India and become proper Italian Chef.
