- The professional bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree must include at least 240 credit points (ECTS) or a course of study with a standard period of at least eight semesters or four years and have been completed with at least an overall grade of 2.5.
- The psychological proportion of the course content must be at least 85% and the following content must be part of the course:
- Quantitative methods / statistics (especially inferential statistics with multivariate statistics amounting to at least 16 ECTS) with a total of 20 ECTS
- Applied subjects with a total of 44 ECTS (16 ECTS in one and 8 ECTS in the other subjects: clinical psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, educational or legal psychology)
- Psychological diagnostics (including test theory) with a total of 16 ECTS
- Empirical-experimental internships with a total of 10 ECTS
- Further psychological research methods (e.g. planning of experiments, evaluation) with a total of 12 ECTS
- Basic subjects with a total of 48 ECTS (8 ECTS per subject: General Psychology I, General Psychology II, Biological Psychology, Differential and Personality Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology)
- Psychological professional or research internship with a total of 15 ECTS
