If your Ireland student visa gets rejected, NCI refunds the tuition fee in full, after a minor admin fee deduction (EUR 1,000-4,000 or INR 1.1 Lakhs-INR 4.4 Lakhs).

Yes, NCI Ireland does accept Indian students with up to 7 backlogs in their UG degree (equivalent to 2:1 or higher). This is provided they have scored a minimum 60% or more (or equivalent) during their studies and all backlogs are cleared/passed by the time of final application submission.
