• Buyer's details like Name and license number of the commission agent or buyer
• Transaction Details:
  • Date of sale of crop
  • Type and quantity of crop/produce sold
  • Quality grade of the produce/crop
  • Price per unit of the produce
  • Total amount paid to the farmer
  • Any fees or charges that have been deducted from the sale amount
  • The final or net amount received by the farmer for their produce.
  • The market fee paid to the APMC is based on guidelines.

• The produce was sold through a licensed commission in a regulated market (mandi).
• All APMC levies have been paid by the farmer.
• The buyer is a registered purchaser in the marketplace.
• The buyer's produce is legally permitted to leave the market and be sold.
