- Upload and submit mandatory documents, including Statement of Purpose, Recommendation Letter, resume etc.
- After document submission, pay an application fee for UG and graduate level. The university gives a decision (offer or rejection) via email in a few weeks of application submission.
- After receiving an offer letter, apply for a private student visa.
- Documents required are a valid passport, offer letter, financial proof, visa application form, and passport-sized photos, among others.
- To enroll for a UG course, pay first-year tuition fee of 10 courses.
UCSI University MBA/PGDM Admissions 2026
UCSI University offers 18 months MBA/PGDM program in industry-focused specializations including Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. Some of the streams that are popular among international students include Engineering, Business and Management Studies, Science, Humanities and Social Sciences and Accounting and Commerce. Additionally applicants should also make sure to have enough for hostel fee of MYR 7,232.
