The state or public universities in the Philippines charge around PHP 31,500-79,343 per semester, while the private ones charge somewhere about PHP 1,17,000-1,43,501 per semester. The medical programs, like in any other country, cost more than most of the other courses - i.e., over USD 3,000-6,000 a year, which is around INR 2.5 - 5 L a year. The overall fees for most courses still ranges from INR 50k to INR 2.5 L a year - which is still more affordable than most of the other study destinations.
