Medical education in the Philippines is different from the Indian system. It is divided into two parts:

  1. BS (Pre-Med Program)

This is a foundation course of 1.5 to 2 years. We learn Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. Indian students must finish this before MD course.

  1. MD (Doctor of Medicine)
