Korea University Admission 2027: Application Deadlines, Eligibility & Fees

Yes, interviews are an important part of the Korea University admission process. The best part is international students can take a maximum of three courses with 3 credits. 3 credit class consists of 2400 total minutes of actual class time (48 hours x 50 minutes).

International students can apply for Korea University admissions in the month of March for Fall intake nad in the month of August/September for Spring 2026 intake. 

It is advised that these students keep a buffer to be able to meet all the admission requirements at right time.

To apply for Korea University admissions, international students need to have some important admission documents in PDF form ready and follow an admission process properly, which is given below -

• Select a course from 18 courses offered by the university and check their eligibility criteria.
• Indian students can apply via the Korea University portal or UWAY to fill out the required details
• The KU application fee is KRW 1,50,000 (INR 9,000) for UG courses and KRW 1,00,000 - 1,27,000 (INR 10,00,000 - 12,70,000) for graduate.
• If you are shortlisted, you will be called for an interview to check if you are a well-suited candidate for the Korean University courses ot not.
• The university will review the application, and respond within a few weeks. They will provide an offer letter to join the program.

• Food is the biggest issue here at Korea University as almost everything available has pork, beef or seafood, even vegetarian options. 
• There are 5 on-campus cafes at Korea University but they all lack food customisation. Indian restaurants are quite expensive in Seoul. 
• While there are English-taught courses available here, life outside without knowledge of Korean can be pretty tough.
