- A 2:2 or above in an undergraduate Law degree or 2:2 or above in a joint honours degree where Law is a major component eg Finance and Accounting. If English is not your first language you require an IELTS overall score of 6.0 with no element below 5.5 for most standard undergraduate and postgraduate courses. There are some exceptions and if the IELTS requirement differs it will be specified on the course page. Applicants without a degree in law or combined honours, but having studied Law as a component part of their degree, will also be considered on a discretionary basis, taking into consideration any relevant work experience.
