Tips: Before coming to London, one must know that London is one of the most expensive and fast moving cities, and everything is so expensive. Everything is so expensive that it can empty your pockets easily. Budgeting and planning are crucial. I availed a 4000 scholarship, which was an excellence scholarship.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): I have read it permanent immigration settlement in the United Kingdom. This is because of the new laws that have been introduced by the UK government. One of the key highlights of these is that PSW, which is granted to the graduates in the UK, the tenure of this PSW has been reduced from 24 months to 18 months, which is a major sector for the students coming to the UK for their studies.

Helpful and understanding faculty.
Tips: Before joining the college, you should know about London's fitness culture and you should be aware that this is one of the most expensive cities in the world. It is difficult to find accommodation also it is very expensive. I received a scholarship of 3000. I am completely satisfied with my experiences.
Likes (Quality of faculty): The faculty members are top notch and experienced in business expertise and the lecture delivery of the professor was so more that it never felt like class. It always felt like a learning.
Dislikes (Safety): The recent incidents that have taken place in London have increased significantly. Multiple stabbing cases have been reported where a student from India was brutally stabbed.

The college is safe, welcoming and vibrant.
Tips: Before coming to London, students must know that there is a difference of four hours and 30 minutes between India's time as compared to London's time, which increases to 5hr 30 minutes during the winter season. The winter season is extremely depressing at sunset during the afternoon, which is 3 PM. You'll see dark skies, gloomy skies at 4 PM in the winter.
Likes (Indian Food): I have written five star out of five for the food options available here in London. Many Indian restaurants. I would say numerous number of Indian restaurants are available here in London International chain like Saravana Bhawan, Ananda Bhawan and also first branch of Bikaner wala has also opened in London. There are multiple varieties of Indian food available that is accessible and available to students very easily.
Dislikes (Safety): Because of the recent incident that has taken place in London city multiple stabbing cases and multiple snatching cases have been reported which is concerning and alarming for an international student like me. London was known for its safety and British culture, which no longer seems to exist here in London, to be honest.

World class experience and experienced faculty.
Tips: During the initial days it was difficult for me to adapt to this new country and new culture as I was not used to off living alone and cooking. That means doing all the tasks myself. This country has made me independent. I can cook now. I can wash my clothes, all things I have to do myself.
Likes (Quality of faculty): The quality of faculty, especially talking about the business school, is one of the best faculty members themselves, who hold some experience in some kind of entrepreneurship, and they themselves are the graduates of world class top universities like Howard University, Oxford University, and Michigan University.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Average two stars for the permanent immigration settlement option here in the United Kingdom. This is because of the laws introduced by the UK government. These new laws, one of which is that the PSW post study work visa tenure has been reduced from 24 months to 18 months for the upcoming January intake, that is, 2027.

Flexible transportation facilities.
Tips: Before coming to the United Kingdom, students must know that the rules here are not like Indian rules; here they are respected and accepted by every being especially the traffic rules. Buses here are on time train. I did avail a scholarship of 3000 from QMUL. The basis of this scholarship was my graduation marks.
Likes (Public transportation): I was living at the Aspire Point in Stratford. It offers the best connectivity throughout London. You have the Jubilee line there. Elizabeth line, Central line, TLR, which can connect you to every part of London.

World-class faculty and excellent academics.
Tips: Before coming to the United Kingdom, I was kind of mentally prepared for this country because I was in constant communication with my friends who I already living there and doing their Master's, so it was not that bumpy journey for me. It was a kind of smooth journey and a smooth transition. I am completely satisfied with my country.
Likes (Value for money): Because of the world-class faculty that you get in Queen Mary University, the professors there, the faculty themselves are experienced holders in some kind of business and the rest are highly equipped with the modern era business knowledge.
Dislikes (Safety): I experienced a lot of cases of robbery, mobbing near me. I had a friend who was teased by a number of guys in the area near my accommodation. City was great a decade ago, but now when it comes to safety, London is no longer as safe a city as it used to be.
