With over 57,000 student enrollment, Tempe is one of the largest campuses among ASU campuses. Tempe is the oldest and main campus of ASU that was founded as a territorial Normal school and was meant for teachers. If we compare the enrollment data for the Tempe campus, there is a slight decline as compared to the previous year (2022). The student enrollment in 2022 was 57,588, and 57,144 in 2023.
