George Mason University Admissions 2025: Application Deadline, Requirements & Costs

There is a test-optional policy at George Mason University, meaning students can apply to this university without a SAT or ACT score.  Under this policy, international students can choose whether to submit the scores or not.

• Graduate Courses: Equivalent of a 4-year’s bachelor’s degree from an appropriate accredited international institute of higher education. Generally, a 3.0 GPA is required for admission to graduate courses of GMU

International students seeking admission to undergraduate courses have to pay USD 80 as George Mason University application fee. On the other hand, the GMU application fee for graduate students is USD 75. Along with the application fee, the applicants are required to submit documents like financial support documents, passport copy, academic transcripts, English language proficiency score report, etc.
