According to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology MBA Employment Report 2023-24, candidates accepted opportunities at 290 companies spanning Consulting, Technology, Finance, Healthcare/Pharma/Biotech, and other key industries. As per the MBA class of 2023, the average base salary increased by 5.5% to USD 168,095 (INR 1.39 Cr), and the median base salary increased by 3% to USD 170,000 (INR 1.41 Cr) from last year. The median signing bonus was USD 30,000 (INR 25 L), while the average was slightly higher at USD 38,989 (INR 32.4 L). 

Among all the MBA graduates, 90.2% of students get a job offer three months after graduation, and 84.2% of students get a job offer at graduation. The top four industries for MBA graduates for the Class of 2023 were Consulting (33.7%), Technology (24.1%), Finance (19.9%), and Healthcare/Pharma/Biotech (5.8%). The top employers for the MIT MBA class of 2023 included companies like The Boston Consulting Group, Amazon, Adobe, Google, Bain & Company, Apple, Goldman Sachs, etc.

According to the MIT System Design and Management employment report for 2023, out of 60 graduates, 17 are seeking employment, and the remaining are not seeking employment. The Pre-System Design and Management salary range is USD 30,000 (INR 25 L) to USD 160,000 (INR 1.32 Cr) and the average Pre-System Design and Management salary is USD 96,500 (INR 80 L). The Post-graduation salary range is USD 80,700 (INR 67 L) to USD 275,000 (INR 2.28 Cr) and the average post-SDM salary is USD 163,780 (INR 1.36 Cr).
