The University of North Texas asks for a GPA score of 3 or above. International students can get admission to MS in Computer Science with a 3.4 GPA and not take the GRE at the University of North Texas. They must submit other documents such as academic transcripts, resumes, letters of recommendation, statements of purpose, admission essays, English language test scores, etc. In such a scenario, applicants will face stiff competition because one of the components of the admission application is waived off. Hence, students must appear for the GRE in order to improve their chances of selection.
