Conditional Admission in Business :

• Applicants with a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.70-2.99 will be granted conditional admission to the M.B.A. program. No GMAT is required. The conditions of admission are that the student must earn a cumulative graduate GPA of at least 3.00 in the semester in which they finish 9 credit hours of coursework. If they do not, they will be denied admission.

Petitions for Admission in Business :

• Applicants with a cumulative GPA of 2.50-2.69 may petition for admission with supporting evidence of aptitude for graduate study. The supporting evidence required is a GMAT score (minimum 400) or equivalent GRE score. Students whose petitions are approved will be granted conditional admission and must meet the guidelines required for conditional admission status.

Provisional Admission in Business :

• Under certain conditions, an applicant may be admitted provisionally (for one quarter) pending receipt of the official credentials. Provisional admission is granted for one quarter to allow the applicant the time necessary for Wright State to receive the official documents. Provisional admission is not a final admission category. Once all official documents are received, the college will make a final decision to admit or not.
• If admission requirements are not met during the quarter in which a student was admitted provisionally, registration for future quarters will be denied and the student will lose graduate credit for any graduate courses completed during the quarter.
