- First year of a degree or Diploma in a relevant subject / with relevant modules. Foundation year / International Foundation Programme
- An aggregate score of over 50% / C1 in Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Standard 12 / All India Senior School Certificate / Indian School Certificate / Intermediate Pass Certificate and a score of 50% in Mathematics. 3 or 4 year Diploma (from a State Board of Technical Education or in an Allied Health subject) with 55% or above

- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Standard 12 / All India Senior School Certificate / Indian School Certificate / Intermediate Pass Certificate with an overall average of 60%
