Illinois Institute of Technology History
Based in the Global metropolis of Chicago, Illinois Tech is the only technology-focused university in the city. Illinois Institute of Technology was founded in 1940 as a private research university located in Illinois, Chicago USA. The Chicago Minister had delivered what came to be known as the Million Dollar Sermon in 1890 during advanced education being reserved for society's elite. The Stuart School of Business was founded in 1969 and the Midwest College of Engineering in 1967.
