TOEFL: A minimum iBT score of 80 is required.

IELTS: A minimum Academic Test score of 6.5 is required.

Duolingo: A minimum English proficiency score of 105 is required.

Minimum Cambridge (CAE) 180 on the C1 scale

When applying for undergraduate admission to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, some applicants are required to provide English language competence test results.

Apart from academic qualifications, international students should submit their English Language Proficiency scores:

*Admission to all undergraduate programs at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities requires a particular minimum score. Applicants who do not meet both the Total Score and the Writing Subscore standards will be denied admission to the Carlson School of Management. Students with lower test results may be admitted to several undergraduate programs.

The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities expects you to be towards the top of your class and far above average with a GPA of 3.83. Your transcript should be filled with largely A's. You should also have taken many Andhra Pradesh or IB classes to demonstrate that you can handle academics at the college level.

GRE scores are neither required or accepted as part of the application process. While there is a part in the application where you can submit GRE test scores and attach an unofficial score sheet, please do not enter this information or email them your official GRE test scores.

After creating an account, pay the application fees for your desired course.

Submit all your test scores and documents required for admission including LORs, LOC, and other documents.

University of Minnesota, Twin Cities expects you to be above average in your high school class with a GPA of 3.71. You'll need a balance of A's and B's, with an emphasis on A's. If you took certain Andhra Pradesh or IB subjects, your weighted GPA will increase and you will demonstrate your capacity to attend college classes.
