Since 2013, XISS Ranchi has offered a total of three merit-based scholarships on an annual basis to the meritorious students of the PGDM HRM course. Out of three awards, at least one is offered to female students. The amount of scholarship offered is INR 1 lakh. Scholarships at XISS Ranchi, are awarded from corporate houses such as TATA Steel, NTPC, Maruti Suzuki Ltd., etc. Also, the Government of Jharkhand has initiated scholarships and stipends for the Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste students.
