- In the first stage, students overall secondary school grades, their grades in subject-specific courses, and any relevant practical experience or additional qualifications will be evaluated using a point system. Depending on the amount of points accumulated, applicants are either immediately admitted, rejected or invited to an admissions interview
- In the second stage of the aptitude test, students will be invited to a 20-minute interview with a professor from the TUM School of Engineering and Design
